HOW DO I BUY MY SKIPASS ONLINE?

Buying your skipass online is super easy!

1. Register or log in with the drop-down menu on this platform

2. If this is your first time registering, go to "Manage Group" via the drop-down menu. Add users.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LOAD A NIGHT SKIPASS INTO THE SAME CARD WHEN ANOTHER TICKET USED ON THE SAME DAY (DAILY, MULTI-DAY, POINTS, HOURS) IS LOADED. YOU WILL HAVE TO USE A SECOND MAGNETIC SUPPORT (KEYCARD).

3. Select the product you want to purchase, also selecting the date of use.

4. Now add to cart and proceed to checkout (you can add insurance later).

5. Select "Register a new Keycard to my account"


• Select the user from the drop-down menu

• Enter a card nickname

• Type the Skidata Code (23 digits including dashes "-" but no spaces): you will find it on the back of your KeyCard.

6. Add insurance and proceed.


From 01/01/2022 skiers in Italy must be covered with an insurance policy, that can be added to the ticket during its configuration; the insurance can't be added after the ticket as been booked.

7. Complete the payment.

8. Awesome! You just bought your first online skipass! Now all you've got to do is go straight to the slopes and enjoy your skiing. Your skipass will be active few minutes after the purchase.

N.B. Only one item at a time can be used on one Keycard. Make sure you already used the purchased product before you charge the card again!

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS IN ONE TRANSACTION?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction. We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user account. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT PRICE CATEGORIES FOR KIDS AND THE ELDERLY?

Yes, for daily and multi-day skipasses you can choose between different age groups:

• adult
• junior 2011/ 2017
• baby 2018
• Over 65 (<1960)

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration which contains all the information about your purchase.

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration which contains the information relating to the purchase (ticket header, ticket type, rate).

What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort

CAN I BUY INSURANCE WHILE PURCHASING MY SKIPASS?

Yes, during the online skipass purchase procedure you will find the optional option to add insurance for the price of €2.50

Insurance is mandatory on the ski slopes of Piedmont L.R. 2/2009 "The use of the slopes is also subject to the stipulation of an insurance contract for civil liability by the user for damages or injuries that these may cause to third parties, including the manager". L.R. 2/2009 Art. 18. “For users who do not have liability insurance administrative fines ranging from €40.00 to €250.00 are envisaged”. L.R. 2/2009 Art. 35.

N.B. It is not possible to add insurance to a skipass that has already been purchased, either online or at the ticket office

HOW CAN I GET A KEY CARD?

The Keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Will I be sent a purchase confirmation email?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration which contains the information relating to the purchase (ticket header, ticket type, rate).

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
