Terms & Conditions
1. The "Ticketing Regulations" expressly refer to the tariffs exposed to the public which must be considered as an integral part of this regulation.
2. All tickets issued are valid during the normal operating hours of the lifts and are subject to the "Provisions for travelers" established by the companies; they can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Società Artesina S.p.A., Frabosa Ski 2000 S.p.A., Prato Nevoso S.p.A. and of the other authorized representatives and have the following validity:
2.1 Pool Mondolè Ski: usable on the Prato Nevoso, Artesina and Frabosa plants
3. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable, with the exception of the point ticket. Any abuse will result in immediate withdrawal and application of the penalties provided for by law. The customer must always bring with him the document or the document that gave the right to a reduction of the rates on the purchase of the skipass; this document as well as the skipass, in case of request, must be presented to the control personnel present on the plants to verify the regularity of the ticket. On the skipass, together with the technical ticketing data, are printed:
3.1 Free skipasses: Name and Surname
3.2 Multi-day ski passes, non-consecutive multi-day tickets with a duration of more than 4 days and seasonal: Name and Surname and Photograph
3.3 These data must be provided by the customer at the time of purchase of the skipass, when necessary together with an identity document to obtain the discounts associated with age.
4. Tickets purchased are not refundable, even partially, or substitutable for any reason even for the impossibility of use by the purchaser; the validity and duration of the ticket can not be changed after the purchase. The customer is required to check the correctness of the rest and of the skipass delivered as no claims after the purchase are accepted.
5. In the following cases: personal reasons, illnesses, temporary or partial closure of the facilities will not be granted any type of recovery or reimbursement.
6. For any reason, the possibility of recovering unused days of multi-day and seasonal skipasses will not be granted, with the sole exception if the skipass is insured and in this case reference should be made to the regulation provided by the insurance company and searchable at the ticket offices.
7. In the case of loss of skipass the following rules apply.
7.1 Daily passes: in case of loss of the ticket there is no type of refund or replacement;
7.2 Multi-day ski passes: if the ticket is lost, it is possible to replace it only if the skipass is in the name; the skipass deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7.3 Seasonal ski pass: the duplicate can be obtained the day following the request, providing proof of identity
8. Baby, junior rates:
8.1 BABY and JUNIOR: children born after 01/01/2011 (Baby) - born after 01/01/2004 (Junior) will be charged the reduced rate upon presentation of personal data and the person entitled to the reduction.
9. Cards that allow you to obtain discounted rates (Mondolè Card, University students, etc...) are strictly personal; it follows that the ticket must be purchased exclusively by the holder with ID.
10. Self-certification of the date of birth and of the family status is not considered a suitable document to obtain discounted rates for which it will always be necessary to present the requested document (art.2 of the D.P.R. No 445/2000).
11. Daily, multi-day and seasonal tickets for the areas indicated in Article 3 can be purchased with insurance; in this case the user can request directly from the insurance company Coris Broker (Artesina and Frabosa) or Helvetia (Prato Nevoso), within the limits of the guarantees given, the reimbursement of expenses for damages to people and things, reimbursement for urgent medical expenses and other differentiated cover based on the duration and type of skipass purchased. The purchase of the insurance with the skipass involves the knowledge and acceptance of the insurance conditions, which are available to the customer at the ticket offices of the Mondolè Ski resorts.
12. The skipass is issued on key-card (electronic support) for which a deposit of € 5.00 will be requested to be refunded upon return. To obtain a refund of the deposit, the card must be returned intact.
13. The companies Artesina S.p.A., Frabosa Ski 2000 S.p.A. and Prato Nevoso S.p.A. reserve the right, at their unquestionable judgment, to decide the opening and closing times and times of the plants and slopes
