Online skipass sales are available.

Online skipass sales are now available again. A temporary technical issue outside our IT infrastructure occurred in the past hours and has now been resolved.

Notice regarding orders placed between yesterday and today

Due to the technical issue, some orders placed between yesterday and today may not have been correctly registered. We therefore recommend checking the status of your purchase in the My Profile section.

Only orders that appear as “paid” should be considered valid. If your order does not appear correctly, you may request assistance at the ticket offices and, if necessary, purchase the skipass again.

Any payments that were processed but not successfully completed will be automatically refunded to the same card used for the payment, once all technical checks have been completed.

Ski resorts and lift facilities are operating normally.
